SunWest Federal Credit Union has been using the services of Versa-Tape for our Messages & Music on hold since 1988. That length of time with one vendor says a lot as far as our confidence in their services.

I have always had prompt, courteous service from them, even in the rare instance when I have had to have a tape redone, due to an error (mine or theirs).

Over the years we have received proposals from various other similar services, and it is a pleasure to say to them "Thanks but no thanks, I am pleased with the service we are receiving from our current provider."

I would definitely say to anyone considering Versa-Tape as a provider that they would be making a good investment and wise choice.
